College to Career
College to Career (C2C) is comprised of programs of instruction designed to provide youth with intellectual disabilities (ID) and autism with higher education and vocational training. C2Cs are located on the following five California Community College campuses: College of Alameda, Sacramento City College, San Diego County Community College District, Santa Rosa Jr. College, and North Orange County Community College District. Three additional community colleges have been selected to provide C2C programs. Additional information will follow shortly. Students are enrolled for three years and receive supports to be successful with coursework, and to participate in activities on campus. Each program provides a range of support services including:
- Educational Coaching
- Career Exploration
- Case Management
- Work Experiences
