Hawaii State Department of Health

Hawaii State Department of Health provides services to approximately 14,000 adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are provided in State-Owned and operated facilities (community Mental Health Centers located statewide and Hawaii State Hospital on Oahu) and through state developed contracts with private providers. The department provides a comprehensive, integrated mental health system supporting the recovery of adults with mental illness.
