In this UCLA research study, you will learn… • Practical information about depression and mania, including symptoms and warning signs. • Ways to recognize the onset of a mood episode. • Strategies to prevent future mood episodes. • Skills to manage stress, which may help you feel greater ease and peace of mind.
If you are eligible, this program will be offered to you at no cost. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy includes 8 weekly group classes (2 hours each week). You will receive a free book, CDs, and payment for completing program evaluations.
