Supporting the work of the Semel Institute
Through the the Semel online giving page, you can direct your gift into one of the clinical/research/science areas, make a specific request or leave it to the discretion of the Semel Institute Director.
Although you may direct any donation to the Semel Institute to a specific area you wish to support, some of our programs and centers also have their own dedicated gifting pages:
- Center for Autism Research and Treatment
- Longevity Center (formerly Center on Aging)
- Child OCD, Anxiety, and Tic Disorders Program
- Child and Adolescent Mood Disorders Program
- Center for the Assessment and Prevention of Prodromal States
In addition to funding from state and federal sources, work at UCLA is also supported by gifts from individuals and groups; the Friends of Semel is a volunteer organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing state of the art research and treatment for illnesses of the mind and brain.
For further information on donating to any particular aspect of the work at the Semel Institute, the Department of Psychiatry or the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, please contact the Development Director, Alan Han:
