Training Psychotherapy

Overview

Psychiatric house staff will be provided (electively) with an experiential appreciation for psychodynamic psychotherapy via an educational assignment modeled closely after psychodynamic psychotherapy principles and practices. Courses may be started in the seventh month of the PGY-II year for one year and may be repeated once. Prerequisite: PGY-II or -III.
