Survey Course in Psychiatry

Overview

This course will serve to orient new psychiatric trainees to practical aspects of psychiatry: mental status, diagnosis, major psychiatric syndromes, psychopharmacology, legal issues, psychological testing. Offered continuously, Thursdays, 10:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m., Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Prerequisite: consent of instructor.
