Leadership II

A four-hour class to assist the RN in identifying the nurse's role in influencing and creating a positive working environment for professional practice. Components include change theory and the nurse role as a "change agent" identifying their role as counselor, coach and mentor and how team building motivation and creativity effect the environment.  Staff.
