HIV Mental Health Clinical Case Conference

Overview

This course will review the essentials of providing mental health services to HIV-affected individuals. Emphasis will be placed on the integration of assessment and satisfaction of individual psychosocial needs through the provision of individual psychotherapy, psychiatric intervention, and utilization of community resources. Offered continuously throughout the year, Thursdays, 8-9 a.m., Harbor- UCLA Medical Center. Prerequisite: consent of instructor.
