To suggest a consistent, reproducible procedure for the contemporaneous assessment of capacity and vulnerability to UI
To review basic principles of retrospective assessment of capacity and vulnerability to UI
Familiarity and competence in the contemporaneous and retrospective assessment of capacity and vulnerability to UI
Familiarity with the concept of, and assessment of vulnerability to undue influence
