Child Custody Evaluations Practicum

This practicum introduces the child and adolescent psychiatry resident to the principles and practice of performing child custody evaluations for the Los Angeles Superior Court. Opportunities are provided to conduct a child custody evaluation, prepare a written report, and testify in court. Offered continuously throughout the year, Fridays, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Prerequisite: consent of instructor.
