April 2007: Together with Drs. Breban and Blower - We have constructed an adaptive individual-level model for influenza that combines inductive reasoning games with an epidemic model. Our findings will soon appear in PLoS Computational Biology.

Feb 2007: Together with Drs. Breban and Blower - We have described why the calculation of a threshold parameter from epidemicpopulation-level models may not always be interpreted as the average number of secondary cases. Our finds have been published in PLoS One.
